At Twenty 2
we are also breaking away from main stream gym's and there ethos over the last 30 years. We live in a new modern era with many old school values and beliefs. Here at Twenty2 we are taking training into the 21 st century.
Although we do cater for walk in and casual members, we are looking for permanent members who want to not only enjoy their workouts, but get good results in an educated, safe environment.
We are very proud of our 9 points of difference that make us completely unique to your standard gyms.
1. Exclusive membership base of 122. This allows all our members to receive the best possible training and attention when they attend.
2. Only 10 people allowed to train in facility at once. Bookings are essential in peak times from 5am to 9am and 3pm to 8pm , to ensure your spot. This guarantees you equipment use! There is no standing around waiting for equipment so your training becomes more time efficient, which is what is required in today's busy society.
3. Personal trainer is available at all times during peak times to help you with technique correction, spotting, motivation, equipment demonstration and exercise instruction. This enables you to achieve better results in a shorter period.
4. Short term and long term memberships so you can structure your training around life.
5. All members are on direct debit for ease of payments, we also allow 4 weeks annual leave or sick leave for deferral of payments each year should you be unable to attend the centre for whatever reason.
6. If you have not been attending the centre for more than a fortnight then we will phone you to rebook you in and to get you refocused on your goals.
7. Programs are done free of charge and updated free of charge as your goals change.
8. Free to all members is our unique warm up service where you can book in for a 5 min boxing warm up prior to your workout or our special recovery service where you can book in for a stretching cool down at the end of your workout. NOW THAT'S SERVICE!
Our friendly personal trainers are on hand at all times to make your workout is as rewarding and enjoyable as possible.
Our facility is modern, bright and stimulating, whilst being fully air conditioned.
Our equipment is brand new and serviced weekly to ensure safe operation. When you become a member a full medical is completed and you will receive two (2) free half hour personal training sessions to ensure you know how to use all cardio and resistance equipment, as well as having a fully personalized program designed for your goals constructed for you.
After that our Personal Trainers are here for you all the time. EVERY TIME YOU WALK THROUGH THE DOOR!
