Tell us about yourself. How did you become a personal trainer?
Always trained & really enjoy motivating people so I thought why not become a trainer completed Australian Institute of Fitness course.
What other areas of training are you interested in?
Really want to work with athletes with athletes. Also want to work with kids. I am passionate about trying to reduce childhood obesity.
Why did you become involved with fitness?
It is something that I really enjoy doing & getting paid to do it is awesome.
